I recently took my car to Black Horse and I was extremely impressed with the service. Dero was courteous and efficient, and my car looked brand new when he was done. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality car wash experience. The interior of my car looked amazing after the work. He did a great job at cleaning and detailing the inside panels. He fixed the plastic dashboard that was distressed from chemical cleaners I had used before. It looks brand new and has it shine again. If I can give 10 stars, I would! I don’t think I’ve met someone who is more detailed and pickier than my husband. He cleaned every crevice and hole like 6x until it was perfect! My car legitimately looks like I just bought it off the lot, and I have 2 kids who have spilled crumbs and crap everywhere! He is very professional and has the sickest van with all the gadgets and tools to get the work done. He even uses his own clean filtered water from a tank in his car! I’ve always had professionals who used our water/hose to wash the car, but not this guy! That was impressive! Worth every penny, thank you!!!

Amazing experience. My car had a soaked floorboard and the mechanic shop recommended I replace all the carpeting. Instead, I called Dero who was able to quickly come by and give me a quote. The work took place as scheduled and everything turned out great. Dero really put in the extra effort. He even came by the next week for a touch up. A super job. I cannot recommend Dero and Black Horse enough.

Dero did a really terrific job! His service was great, attention to detail impeccable and he was able to come next day for a detail. He was self sufficient, brought everything with him and cleaned up after himself before he left. He even parked the car back in the garage when he was finished! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in the Sherman Oaks area.

I can’t recommend Black Horse Auto Detail enough!! I’ve had my car for about 8 months and have never had her detailed / had the inside cleaned and I swear after Dero was done - my car looked better than the day i brought her home! I had an appointment set to get my car detailed while I was at the office He arrived on time, was prepared and so polite. He did an excellent job on my filthy car... I am not proud to admit that but must point it out because my car now looks and smells brand new ! just like when I first took it off the dealership lot. Dero, the owner of Black Horse Auto Detailing Spa is amazing. I have a difficult car to clean because it’ attract dirt because I take it off roading & only expect it to be dirty. I only wanted the inside cleaned. But Dero went above & beyond & washed the outside without accepting my additional pay. Who does that!!? Only a person that is heaven sent.
